It is 100% hand-painted. The digital preview is only a free mockup to help you picture it — the keepsake itself is painted by hand, brush by brush, by a real artist in oil on canvas. Never a print, never mass-produced, never AI-generated.

Can I order one to remember someone, or a pet?

Of course — many of our keepsakes are made to remember someone dearly loved. The free preview lets you see it first, and a real artist paints the final piece with care.

How long does it take?

Most orders take 3 to 4 weeks from order to delivery. The painting itself takes 7 to 14 days, and a rush option is available at checkout.

What if I am not happy with it?

The preview is free, so you decide with no risk. Before the artist begins painting you can request a full refund. Once you approve your preview and place the order, we paint it faithfully to it.
